About Conference

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) represent a global endeavour aimed at alleviating poverty, preserving the environment, and creating opportunities for individuals worldwide. India has wholeheartedly embraced this initiative, endorsing the 17 Goals alongside 169 targets, establishing them as the fundamental transformative agenda for sustainable planetary development. There is a strong need to mobilise a variety of stakeholders, including young people, civic society, the media, the commercial sector, labour unions, academia and others, in order to spark the necessary changes. To catalysed the SDGs initiatives HITS is pleased to announce the planning of an International Conference on SDGs (ICITS – 2024) in response to this necessity.

This Conference is an essential platform for defining and reaffirming the mutually beneficial responsibilities that national and International Academia, Research Scholars, Students and Industry play in realising the SDGs by 2030. ICITS 2024 will jointly design strategies, harness new solutions and create collaborations to enable the unstoppable movement essential for sustainable development.

Conference Theme

The Conference provides a platform for the participants for insightful deliberation and present their research paper or exhibit the models / prototype designs etc. (only for UG Students) on integration and transformation with SDGs.

  • The abstract shall not be more than 300 words and should adequately describe the work and its significance.
